[Playground] Cool De Sac @ Suntec City

Sunday, August 16, 2015

Cool De Sac Singapore has created quite a stir amidst the indoor playground craze, and it's not hard to understand why when I saw its diversity of play factors.

An overview of the number of play stations here:

1. Tree House

First up, a mini tree-house was facing the entrance so she ran straight to it when we arrived. Not too shabby to keep a toddler busy~

2. Play Area (active play)
3. Tots Area (active play for toddlers)
4. Arts (long table with art materials and papers provided)
5. Blocks (Lego love!)
6. Back stage (face painting and dress-up costumes)
7. Tweens (console games)

Because of the various play stations here, it's only fair that their active play area was not as huge as other playgrounds. Nevertheless the slides were super smooth so it was very fast and fun!

She just refused to put on any costumes~

She was quite skeptical about having somebody drawing on one of her body parts, but I kept encouraging her and since she was vain yet afraid, that expression came by....

Tired after a long day!

Here's their Facebook page and admission rates:

To be honest, their admission fees were considered quite cheap and worthwhile considering the variety of play stations and it's unlimited play time per admission. It was really suitable for her as a 2 yr old as we know their attention span are short and this place worked well for her. We spent nearly a whole day here while she kept running between the play stations! It might get boring for the bigger kids as the active play area is relatively small to keep them busy, they might get stuck in the Tweens area instead playing their fill of console games.
